Meet Jim
Equipped with his license as a Building Contractor in Florida and his team of devoted subcontractors, Jim has been building custom Dream homes since 1991.
Early on, he became a Certified Green professional and spent time as chairman of the Lake County Green Building Committee—perfecting the ability to build environmentally responsible homes that require minimal maintenance.
Parade of Homes has awarded Westmont Custom Homes on numerous occasions—from 2002 to 2017—for their innovation, top-notch quality, and practical design.

On a personal note…
Jim is a proud Hubby and Dad who sees great value in “giving back to the community.”
As an avid sports fan, he has spent many weekends coaching youth sports, lining football fields, and enjoying sporting events with family and friends.
His dedication to hard work, entrepreneurial drive, and loyalty to his Westmont Custom Homes team has contributed to his success here in Central Florida.
